Oxford

I have been teaching antenatal Classes in Oxford for 35 years, both for the NCT and, for 12 years, the NHS. My own independent classes are based in Jericho, central Oxford, for people from all areas of Oxford and villages.

Classes Include:

Birth preparation for all births from water birth to caesarean.
Good body awareness for labour: relaxation, positioning and breathing techniques.
Local information on maternity care, and parent and baby activities.
Infant feeding and care, and life as new parents.
A chance to socialise with other parents and to meet up after the births.
